Port Chester Friends Get Arrested
On December 16, 2013, a 29-year-old male stated to Port Chester Police, that while walking home at 5:30 am on Westchester Avenue by Broad Street, he was approached by five males asking for money, after telling them that he didn't have any was stabbed in the stomach and left shoulder, according to Lt. James Ladeairous of the Port Chester Police Department.
He was transported to Stamford Hospital and released later that day.
Upon an investigation by the Port Chester Police Department, it was all found to be lies, according to Lt. James Ladeairous. The story was made up to cover up for his friend who stabbed him.

Alberto Rojas, 29 of 10 Broad Street was charged with falsely reporting an incident in the 3rd degree, a misdemeanor. Sebastian Ramirez, 19 also of 10 Broad Street, was charged with assault in the 2nd degree, which is a class D Felony.
