Fatal Shooting in Greenburgh

Police believe the victim, a 20-year-old Bronx man, was shot and then driven to a second location in Greenburgh.

A Bronx man was found shot in a vehicle in Greenburgh on Saturday evening and was later pronounced dead at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, according to Greenburgh police. 

Police responded to a report of a man who had been shot in a vehicle on Manhattan Avenue and Tarrytown Road at approximately 8:05 p.m. Upon arrival, police and EMS found the victim to be unconscious in the front seat of the vehicle suffering from at least one gunshot wound, according to the press release. The victim was pronounced dead shortly after reaching the hospital.  

At the same time police responded to the victim's location, police received reports of shots being fired in the area of Oak Street and Warren Avenue, according to the report.

According to the release, police confirmed that the victim was shot at least once while at the intersection of Oak Street and Warren Avenue and was driven to the intersection of Tarrytown Road and Manhattan Avenue, where police found him.

The victim's identity is being withheld pending his family's notification. The man's identity is expected to be released sometime Sunday evening, according to the release.

how can they not find who did this?? how can someone not see or hear any gunshots??

...yes yes and if not I'm sure the scoundrel will surrender his illegal weapon with it's high capacity magazine to be in full compliance with the new NYS gun control laws. Yeah lets all collectively hold our breath waiting.
