A 24 year-old Port Chester man was arrested last Saturday morning after having a domestic dispute with his girlfriend who is the mother of his child, said Port Chester Police.
The male attacked the female and squeezed her neck and punched her in front of their 2-year-old child, said Port Chester Police Lt. James Ladeairous.
According to Port Chester Police Lt. James Ladeairous, the woman wanted to press charges.

Hugo Arita, 24, of 24 Seymour Road, was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, which is an A Misdemeanor, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
