DWI Charged On I-95 In Port Chester

Washington State man also accused of speeding in work zone.

A Washington State man was charged with drunken driving after he was stopped for traffic violations on I-95 in Port Chester, according to New York State Police.

Wilson Arcentales-Padilla, 33, of Kent, WA, was stopped by state troopers at 1:43 a.m. Sunday while traveling northbound on I-95. Arcentales-Padilla was cited for an unsafe lane change and speeding in a construction zone.

Police said Arcentales-Padilla was found to be intoxicated and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a hearing in Port Chester Village Court.
