CT State Police Seek Help ID'ing Man Struck on I-95

The unidentified man was truck before dawn on Nov. 23 while walking along I-95 in Stamford. Police are seeking his identity to notify his relatives.

Connecticut State Police are asking for help in identifying a man in his 20s who was struck and killed by a car late last month.

According to a notice put out by police late Tuesday morning (attached as a PDF), the man was truck while walking on Interstate 95 southbound near Exit 7 in Stamford at about 3:18 a.m. on Nov . 23. Police say they don’t know who he is but want to notify relatives.

He is described as Hispanic and 20 to 30 years old, with spiked dark brown or black hair, and he was wearing MR & Company dark blue jeans at the time he was struck.

“The Connecticut State Police only want to identify this person so that we can notify his family,” police said. “Any help would be appreciated and State Police need your assistance to bring closure to this case.”
