CT Man Charged with DWI in on North Main Street in Port Chester
Police: Car seen weaving on road, heading into oncoming traffic.
A Bridgeport, CT, man was charged with drunken driving after he was seen driving erratically on Nort Main Street in Port Chester, according to Port Chester Police.
Guillermio Rodriguez-Ruiz, 43, of 279 Salem St., Bridgeport, was stopped by a village police officer at about 2:53 a.m. Saturday. The officer, working on an anti-DWI effort, reported seeing Rodriguez-Ruiz's car weaving on North Main Street and then going into oncoming traffic as he made a turn.
Police Rodriguez-Ruiz appeared intoxicated when he was questioned. Police also said they found Rodriguez-Ruiz does not have a driver's license.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and unlicensed driving. Rodriguez-Ruiz was later released on $250 bail pending a hearing on Thursday in Port Chester Village Court.
