CT Man Arrested for DUI after Creating Disturbance in Port Chester

Port Chester police arrested a Connecticut for drunk driving on Nov. 26 after finding him drunk in his car.

John Rodriguez, 43, of 59 Diaz St., Stamford, was arrested at 9 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence.

Police responded to the area of 14 Madison Ave. on a complaint that a suspicious person was banging on a front door there and yelling obscenities, according to Lt. James Ladeairous of the Port Chester Police Department.

When they arried, police saw a black SUV out front of the address with the car running and lights on, police said. When confronted by police, Rodriguez said he was looking for his wife, Ladeairous said. He failed field sobriety tests, police said.
