Criminal Trespassing in Port Chester


On January 8th, 2014, Port Chester Police observed a male going into 70 Purdy Avenue, a public housing project and acting suspicious. The male then quickly ran out of the back door of the housing project and hid behind a car.

At this point the Port Chester police was able to identify the male, who wasn’t allowed to be on public housing property. The male was told to stop that he was under arrest and he took off. The police chased him and arrested him on Purdy Avenue and Traverse Avenue,said Lt. James Ladeairous of the Port Chester Police Department.

Charles Hill, 37 of 61 Traverse Avenue was charged with Criminal Trespassing in the 3rd degree and resisting arrest.
