Car Window Broken, GPS and Cash Stolen on Fawcett Street in Port Chester

Cadillac Escalade parked for about 10 hours.

A passenger side window was smashed on an SUV parked on Fawcett Street, with a GPS unit a cash stolen from the vehicle, according to Port Chester Police.

A 28-year-old Port Chester woman told police she parked her Cadillac Escalade at about 1 p.m. on Sunday and when she returned to the vehicle at about 10:45 p.m. she found a window broken.

A $300 GPS unit was taken alond with about $300 cash that was in the center console of the Escalade, police said.
