Police: New Rochelle Man arrested in Port Chester.

A New Rochelle man was charged with drunken driving after an early-morning accident on Boston Post Road in Port Chester, according to Port Chester Police.

Rachid J. Hadi, 23, of 35 Calton Lane, New Rochelle, was involved in a two-car accident near the McDonald's restaurant in Port Chester at 3:57 a.m. on Sunday, police said. No one was reported injured in the accident.
