4 Face Pot Possession Charge
Greenwich Police investigating report of a suspicious vehicle charge the quartet after the smell of marijuana was coming from the car.
A quartet of young Westchester County residents was charged with marijuana possession by Greenwich Police who were investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on Homestead Lane.
According to a police report, the smell of marijuana was coming from the car when police found them at 2:45 p.m. Dec. 29.
Charged with possession of marijuana were Edgar Valdivinos, 22, of 455 N. Main St., Port Chester; Valentina Quintalti, 18, of 6 E. Avon Circle, Rye Brook, and Johnathon Arreguin, 18, of 237 Seymour Rd., Port Chester. All were issued misdemeanor summons.

The fourth suspect, identified as Arturo Mantilla, 18, of 237 Neuton Ave., Port Chester, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a narcotic and possession of a weapon. According to the police report, Mantilla had a set of brass knuckles. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
All were scheduled to appear Jan. 7 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
