why is the village manager not doing anything about this

Why does PC FD continue to waist so much $$$ on overtime when they have 3 paid fireman on light duty. One fireman has been on light duty for 6 years, a second for 3 years. The first two are eligible for retirement, & now a new hire is on light duty & he just came out of the Fire Academy... you ask me this is a waist of taxpayers $$$$. when these men can be replaced with new hire able too & willing to serve this community..
