The carnivores dream realized right in Port Chester.
Brazilian style all you can eat cooked meats on skewers. This was enough to get me interested in a visit. Walking in the front door, passing the main bar, the decor is simple and clean. Tables are not too close together, and there are a lot of tables, so seating is never too long of a wait.
When we were seated I didnt even need a menu, I was there for the all you can eat option. They do have other items on the menu if you are not in a feasting type of mood that night. The server showed us to the salad bar. A decent array of veggie, and other options. Notable are the peel and eat shrimp, a small selection of sushi, and a nice selection of cheeses. Everyting was clean and crisp the way a salad bar should be.

As I finished the very small salad I made for myself, I didn't want to ride the cholesterol rollercoaster without some greens before hand, the parade of meat began to come to the table.

Turkey medallions wrapped in bacon, Turkey sausage, sirloin steak, leg of lamb, beef kabob, beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon, beef ribs, smoked ham, and chicken sausage.
Everything, and I do mean everything was good. The meats were cooked perfectly, not overdone or dry in any way. It was plentiful with servers coming by every few minutes with a new choice of meat for the tasting.
One secret of the place, if you are into trying strange and new things, ask them when you sit down to fire you up some chicken hearts. They come out perfectly spiced and delicious.
All in all a great atmoshpere, great food, and great service. When you are done eating make sure you go out the back door and have an after dinner drink at their relaxing back bar.
