Charles Melillo of Port Chester, an emergency medical technician and volunteer firefighter, has died at age 27.
Born Feb. 4, 1985, in Port Chester, he was a lifelong Port Chester resident and a graduate of Port Chester High School. He was an EMT with Empress EMS and with Harrison EMS.
Mr. Melillo is survived by his parents, Shari Melillo of Port Chester and Charles Melillo of Stamford, CT, his brother Nick Melillo of Port Chester, his grandmothers, and, three uncles.
Calling hours were from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Craft Memorial Home, 40 Leicester St., Port Chester.
A funeral service is set for 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Church, 22 Don Bosco Place, Port Chester, followed by burial in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Rye Brook.
