A fundraising effort has been dedicated to raising money for  Kymani Sewer, 14, of White Plains. Sewer is undergoing treatment for a brain tumor and the moeny raised will help his family pay for treatments.

The GoFundMe page has been set up online.  The organizers posted this about Sewer's condition  when they started the campaign in October:

White Plains High School alumni Keya Sewer, class of '98 has a 14 year old son named Kymani who has a brain tumor. Kymani has already had surgery once this year, and by the time this event takes place he may have had a second one. He is constantly going for testing, and will be admitted to the hospital again on November 8th. Keya is facing many challenges as a mother of 3 boys trying to take care of her family and get the best care for Kymani. Let's help Keya with her medical bills and show her some love and support at this great event for her family!
