Learn to use breathe and movement to increase focus, flexibility and balance. Includes asana, breathing techniques and meditation. Recommeded for those new to yoga and those who want to move at a pace that allows them to connect movement with breath and achieve mind body connection.

Basics of Yoga: Saturday 945 to 1030
Family Yoga : Saturday 11 am to 12 noon
Gentle yoga: Friday 11 am to 12 noon
Open level: Monday 7 pm to 8 pm
