The incident took place in broad daylight, according to the victim’s police statement.
A 43-year-old Port Chester woman reported that a stranger walked up to her, grabbed her in the groin area and then grabbed her breasts while she was walking on Irving Avenue near Elmont Avenue on Sunday, July 7 at 12:05 p.m.
The woman screamed and the man ran off Towards Haseco Avenue, police Lt. James Ladeairous said.

Police checked the area but did not find anyone matching the description given. The man is described as 5’5" in height, dark skinned and Hispanic, Ladeairous said. He was wearing a blue shirt, brown shorts and a brown hat.
