Port Chester's Board of Trustees will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in the courthouse, at 350 North Main Street.
When the trustees last met at a special meeting in village hall, they heard from a marine engineer who provided technical details on the collapsing waterfront bulkhead. Parts of the promenade have begun to crumble, and the supporting beams facing the waterfront have started to bow and snap.
