Port Chester Students Sound Off in Annual Choral Festival
Middle School auditorium becomes concert hall.
The 29th annual Choral Festival turned the auditorium of Port Chester Middle School into a concert hall on Monday night.
The event, a celebration of Music in Our Schools Month, kicked off with the 5th Grade Select Chorus singing "Over the Rainbow" from The Wizard of Oz, and then "Will you be there" from Free Willy 2.
Taking the stage for the concert were also students from the 6th Grade Chorus, the 7th and 8th Grade Chorus, the Port Chester Middle School Show Choir, the Port Chester High School Concert Choir and the Combined Choruses.
