Port Chester Middle School PTA Hosts Wrestling Fundraiser

"Big Time Wrestling" event set for Dec. 6 at Middle School.

Bret 'The Hitman” Hart, Tommy Dreamer, Matt Hardy, Carlito Colon, Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart and Jimmy “Mouth Of The South” Hart are getting ready to slam into Port Chester.

They are part of the "Big Time Wrestling" crew that is slated to perform on Thursday, Dec. 6, at Port Chester Middle School in a wrestling fundraiser for the Middle School PTA.

The wrestling event will be preceded by a “Fanfest” meet and greet, where wrestling fans can get autographs and pictures with all of the stars of evening’s event.

“For wrestling fans and neophytes alike, watching this event and meeting the stars will be a fun evening that brings the community together," said Port Chester Middle School Principal Patrick Swift. "The evening is suitable for the entire family. Like our past basketball events, it will help raise money for our PTA.”

Big Time Wrestling at Port Chester Middle School will include eight matches. Bret Hart will headline the “Meet and Greet” before the show, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Hart is a seven-time World Heavyweight Champion and a member of the WWE Hall Of Fame. Hart, viewed by many as one of the world’s great wrestlers, has wrestled and defeated such superstars as Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Hulk Hogan and Steve Austin to name a few.

Wrestling Superstars Matt Hardy, Tommy Dreamer and Carlito will also wrestle on the card. Hardy has matched up on national television with the likes of The Rock and Shawn Michaels and will use his high-flying wrestling style as he squares off against Carlito, the Puerto Rican wrestling superstar.
