The winner, whose name hasn't been released by lottery officials, will be presented with an oversize check Thursday during a press conference at BJ Card & Gifts on Putnam Avenue.
The winning ticket: A New York Poker scratch-off purchased for nostalgic reasons, according to lottery officials.
