Police: Man Assaults, Robs and Stabs 3 Different Men Early Sunday Morning

Police arrested a 21-year-old Port Chester man after he allegedly assaulted a man, robbed someone else and then stabbed a bouncer early Sunday morning.

David Castro’s alleged law breaking started around 3 a.m. on Sand Street when he and an 18-year-old Port Chester man assaulted a person who asked them to stop drinking and making noise on his porch, according to Port Chester Lt. James Ladeairous. After women in the house stopped the assault Castro and his friend fled and were gone by the time the police arrived, but the witnesses gave police the names of Castro and the 18-year-old, Jose Silva.

Around 4:30 a.m. police received a call that someone was robbed of his wallet in front of Bamboo bar on East Broadway. As police were interviewing the robbery victim they received another call that the thief has stabbed a Bamboo bouncer who had chased him on S. Main Street.
