Open Door is opening a School-Based Health Center at Park Avenue School.
A ribbon-cutting to mark the opening of a new health center at Park Avenue School has been postponed.
The "School-Based Health Center" is the latest partnership between Open Door Family Medical Centers and Port Chester Schools. Click here to read more information about health services provided through the partnership.
