Deadheads to Return to Cap for Sold Out Phil & Friends Show

Grateful Dead enthusiasts will once again flood downtown Port Chester for two Phil Lesh & Friend performances at Port Chester’s Capitol Theatre this Monday and Tuesday, July 22 and 23.

Phil Lesh, founding member of The Grateful Dead and Furthur, will be playing with fellow Furthur members John Kadlecik, guitar and Joe Russo, drums, along with John Scofield, guitar and John Medeski, keyboards.

Tickets for both shows sold out quickly when first released. The Capitol Theatre rereleased tickets at noon last Thursday, which also sold out within minutes. The group received great reviews on their last four-night run at The Capitol Theater in Nov. 2012, two months after Peter Shapiro opened the venue.
