Wednesday, March 28 – Keeping it Light
Spring is here and the warmer weather has us shedding our heavy coat and hearty foods. In this class we will create several light recipes that will fill you up but won’t weigh you down using seasonal ingredients and interesting grains.
Saturday, March 31 – Ravioli Dinner (Grades 6 - 8)
Who doesn’t like a ravioli? With so many fillings to choose from, the possibilities are endless. In this class we will make from scratch 3 different fillings and using fresh pasta sheets from the Market create our own raviolis. To round out our meal we will also create a side dish and dessert.
Coming up in April, classes will focus on Spring vegetables, creative appetizers, food for celebrating Earth Day, and a class on eggs and chicken for kids.
Cost: $85 for adults, $75 for kids classes.
