Calls That Discount Place "a great concept."

Port Chester Mayor Dennis Pilla said he was saddened to hear that a discount grocery business that opened in the village last year is closing its doors.

"I was saddened to hear is closing," Pilla said. " was pioneering a great concept that is new to our region. It's too bad that it did not catch on quicker."

Stout said that she's planning to close the store at the end of the month, unable to keep the cash flow necessary to operate the business. She has announced a Going Out of Business sale.
