All Paws Gourmet Pet Store offers a way to make sure no dog is left out of the family barbeques this summer – hot dogs and burgers for your pet.
“They are very popular,” said Claudia Baker, the owner of the Purchase Street store and a massage therapist in the area.
Baker buys her treats, which are all human-grade and have ginger, good for a dog’s stomach, from a Staten Island bakery and keeps seasonal selections all year long.
“I like these because you and I could eat them,” Baker said. “I have actually and they are good.”
In addition to the hotdogs and hamburgers, pizza is a popular item. People also buy sports and birthday themed treats all year long. All Paws also carries red, white and blue treats for summer’s patriotic holidays and ice cream cone treats for dessert.
All Paws has been open for eleven years but Baker bought it from its former owner six years ago. The former owner was one of Baker’s massage therapy clients.
