Making meatballs and marinara sauce from scratch with Chef Maria Reina.

Pssst, parents: You can get your kids to take over meal duties one night a week, and they'll even have fun doing it.

Kids can learn how make classic Italian meals with revamped cooking classes at Port Chester's . A special St. Patrick's Day class is also scheduled for next week, focused on putting Italian-style twists on traditional Irish fare.

"I'm thrilled to announce we are now doing Elementary School classes for kids in grades four and five," Chef Maria Reina writes. "We'll be kicking off the series this coming Friday."
