Shakespeare Comes to Lyon Park Thursday

The Shakespeare comedy comes to Lyon Park courtesy of the Port Chester Council for the Arts and Lawn Chair Theater.

Shakespeare's As You Like It birthed one of the playwright's most famous phrases: "All the world's a stage."

So it's only fitting that locals can catch the comedy, primarily set in a French forest, by heading to Lyon Park. Performances will be held inside the Port Chester Program Center, aka "The Girl Scout House" at 64 Parkway Dr.

As You Like It is this year's collaborative production between Lawn Chair Theater and the Port Chester Council for the Arts. The show will begin its three-night run on Thursday and end with a performance on Saturday. All three shows are scheduled for 6 p.m.
