Snow Doesn't Stop Purim Carnival in Port Chester

Congregation KTI celebration went on despite weekend storm.

The big winter storm over the weekend didn't stop Port Chester's Congregation KTI from having fun on Sunday with its Purim Carnival.

While Port Chester was cleaning up from the heavy snows that fell from Friday into Saturday morning, the congregation on King Street opened its doors for families to have fun.
