Connecticut Train Stations and Platforms Now Smoke-Free

New Haven Line stations and Shore Line East stations should have "No Smoking" signs by the end of the year.

A news release from the Connecticut Department of Transportation:

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is making all railroad stations and platforms smoke-free.

“No Smoking” signs are being posted at all New Haven Line and Shore Line East stations.

All 38 New Haven Line stations and all nine Shore Line East stations should have the signs by the end of the year.
