23rd Annual Port Chester Day Slated for Next Weekend

The village's end-of-summer festival returns Sat., Aug. 27.

Food, friends and fireworks.

That about sums up Port Chester Day, the village's end-of-summer festival that draws hundreds to Lyon Park, where kids get their faces painted and adults catch up with the neighbors.

For the twenty-third year in a row, the park will swell with vendors, crafters, booths, bands -- and great food. Along with festival favorites like cotton candy and fried dough, village eateries will set up shop in the park to serve up local favorites.
