THE GYM’s Youth Programs offer sports training classes for all ages, including Super Soccer Stars for 2 Year-Olds and basketball training classes for 17 Year-Olds taught by former Division I athletes. We specialize in parties for all ages designed to your child’s specific desires. Options include sports parties, color war, bounce house, and gymnastics parties, among many others! Parties, classes and programs are specially designed to be ahead of the competition with highly experienced staff, top of the line equipment and a state of the art facility.
The goal of THE GYM’s Youth and Sport Specific Programs is to get kids moving while introducing them to fitness and a health club experience. Positive experiences with physical activity at a young age can help your child or teenager to be regularly active throughout life.
