The Council of
Community Services of Port Chester, Rye Brook, and Rye Town is a
non-profit 501C3 organization whose mission is to bring together
community leaders to assess and meet the vital needs of the community by
identifying those needs and working towards solutions.
We are currently looking for an administrative assistant that will do the following.
Administrative Assistant 6-10 hrs a week $13 an hour
Administrative Assistant Purpose
The administrative assistant will work closely with the Community
Coordinator in order to effectively serve the community. Provides office
services by implementing administrative systems and procedures.
Duties Manage Database "Gift Works" Copy, fold, stamp mailings Prepare bulk mailings and deliver to post office Coordinates preparation of reports
Update website Update Community Calendar Answer phones as needed Make phone calls as needed Provides information by answering questions and requests Help with administrative aspects of events, volunteer supervision
Order office supplies, contact printers Help with filing, bills, and invoices.
